DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery can be made by a courier of your choice, or you can personally pick up the goods from our office.
The package will be sent via the courier preferred by you at your expense, with the price depending on the size and weight of the package according to the rates of the respective courier.
All orders made by 2:00 PM on a business day are dispatched on the same day and received the next day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days are dispatched on the next business day.
Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched after the amount is received in our accounts.
You will receive a phone call for confirmation for each order. Packages for which confirmation is not received by phone will not be sent!
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos.
Types of cards accepted: debit, credit, and business Visa and Mastercard cards.
Transactions are carried out through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
From a security perspective, the maximum amount for card payment is 8000 BGN.
We do not store details of bank cards used for payment through the website.
In case a refund is necessary for a payment made with a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card used for the payment.
Payment to the courier - parcels ordered with cash on delivery are paid upon receipt of the order to the employees of the respective courier. You will receive a receipt from the courier, which will serve as your cash receipt.
Bank transfer - the package is dispatched after the funds are received in our account.

The delivery of packages is carried out according to the rules of the respective courier company.
